Yeah it seems like while some loops do align, others tend to spiral, causing them to criss cross. I have tried fixing the geometry, but I cant seem to solve it.
I would love to share my files with you, unfortunatly the PasteAll.org site does not work in this situation, since the file is too large. Also thanks for the invertion tip!
