It’s exactly what Vue said it was “If you haven’t upgraded your membership then it means you can’t download it because the site will refresh itself. ” I would suggest you call this out more clearly in your documentation on the free courses that you can’t download the files unless you are a paid customer. This is very confusing for someone evaluating the site and almost caused me to be a non-conversion in buying a membership.
