    Hmm….not entirely sure what could cause that issue Fletch, but make sure this option is unchecked…..

    “Only Insert Available” = unchecked

    Failing that, maybe you can record a short video of the issue, and make sure it doesn’t the same thing on other files (corruption could be possible too)
