Hello Marc. Do you have an example of what you want to achieve? A video you have seen that maybe resembles your goal? Cuz some of the stuff you mention, sounds like the best approach it’s not so much Blender and 3D. There is someone in the CG Cookie Discord called Ehab, he always makes the coolest medical animations and stuff, I bet you guys could talk and maybe setup some teaching stuff.
