Yes, Vue is right! You can sometimes go right to the high poly, but if you do that you run the risk of making hasty design decisions and sticking with them if you’ve put too much time into it. It’s generally better to get the design and proportions figured out in a way that’s easy to edit before fully committing to spending the time making the high poly which will be difficult to edit later.
