I’m using Google Chrome on a Windows 11 system. I just tried on Edge and had the same problem.
I am not using a VPN, but I have an antivirus software called BidDefender. I wonder if it is playing goalie. I will have a look around to see if I can find something on their end.
And yes, I emptied my cache last week when this happened.
