    For 3D games Poly modeling, sculpting, retopology, UV unwrapping, texturing, texture painting, baking, rigging, skinning, and animating. Sculpting is commonly used for characters. Poly modeling is commonly used for props and enviroments. Shading/Materializing is usually done on the game engine side which is why you usually have to baking. If the game uses video or video cut scenes: rendering, Compositing, and video editing can be useful. 

    For 2D or Sprite based games There’s Grease Pencil which has drawing, point modeling, sculpting, materializing/shading, rigging, skinning, animating, and rendering.
