I think the only one around here that uses Substance is Chunck? I’m not sure, but in his tutorials he sets things up to export them to another application, I bet you could find answers by watching his courses, if you haven’t already. Of course some people hate having to go watch an entire course just to get a simple answer, but we’re always sure it’s worth watching a whole course because of all the other knowledge you pick up along the way.
