@burnarakiss Really nice job on the texture! Overall I think your experiment was successful: imagining where dirt would collect. Dirt and grime seems believable to me. I only have 2 notes to offer:
- The barrel wood seems under-detailed compared to the wagon.90% of the boards look like the same single tone of brown with isolated blemishes. It would more believable and appealing if the wood had at least 3 varieties close to that brown like in this video.
- A broader version of the previous note: Everything in the scene is the same color brown essentially. While I believe this is plausible, I think it would be more interesting to look at if the base color was different for certain parts. Take this photo for example:
The wheels are a dark and de-saturated brown, the frame is like a darker rich brown/red, and the flat panels are a brighter orangy wood. I think this approach would be an enhancement to your texture.
Regardless, you’ve earned an A from me. Keep up the good work!
