@cptken Well that’s lucky, I’ve recently been getting into strength training so hopefully this kind of knowledge comes naturally with that. Reassuring I don’t need a class ’cause there ain’t a snowballs chance in hell I’ll be able to afford it anytime soon lol. Appreciate the kind words about a break as well, thanks.
