Just chiming in to add onto what Omar was saying, if you can provide some screenshots of how the texture bake looks on the model, how it looks in any of the textures you are baking and possibly the texture bake settings in Substance Painter, that will help significantly in our ability to diagnose what the problem might be! 🙂
