You can always try the nuclear option, delete some of those faces where the problem is and fill again with brand new faces. That always helps in getting rid of whatever dark magic is happening. And also sometimes when you delete those faces, you see there was an extra face squashed in there that was causing the issue, and you’re like, where did that come from? But yeah, you can try that as well.
