The message saying it installs in the default add-on folder, just means it is installed as a legacy add-on, and not as an extension. The file download hasn’t been updated to an extension type, that’s all.
As Martin says, you’ll need to be more specific with the search, like adding a space between words, or use a single word and scroll through the list shown.
