Hello. No no, you don’t need to memorize everything, it’s practically impossible. The more you practice the more things become second nature, but that comes with repetition, time and grit, because Blender is not easy, but totally worth it, like any other skill you’d want to learn. And another thing, you are not going to understand things in one go, it’s too much information, that is why everyone usually watches courses two, three or even four times if necessary. Me personally I watch it two times, first time as if it was a movie, just chilling, paying attention and learning, then a second time right after but this time with hands on Blender following along. Then after a while I will encounter an issue and I will have forgotten how to solve it, but I remember seeing a teacher on a course doing that thing I forgot how to do, I will skim a course trying to find it, found it and then I’m like ooohh right, you know what, I better watch this course again. And that really solidifies the learning in my mind. So don’t worry, it’ll take time and effort, but that is why it’s so rewarding and valuable. If it were easy everyone would do it and it wouldn’t be as awesome most likely.
