I wouldn’t use Bevel together with Subdiv Modeling, or at least sparingly. A continuous Bevel going from concave (yellow) to convex (blue), like you have here, will cause problems:

Also, watch that Pole in the corner, that one is causing havoc when using a Subdivision Surface Modifier.
