GOOD to GO CG cookie PLANE

Was curious, does it matter if the (body) of the plane isn’t lined up on the center of the (y)axis? I know I moved it around at some point in object mode. I’m currently modeling the nose cone. I also noticed that when adding the new cylinder for the nose cone it doesn’t load in the center of my screen as it does for Jonathan. I’m sure these are simple fixes, but how do I go about doing that? Thanks ahead of time for any feed back!
