Are you selecting the whole setup and duplicating it? And then dragging it around or rotating it from the 3D cursor pivot? If so there might be a slight misalignment with the lattice and when you rotate if falls out of place maybe? Perhaps it’s best to start the whole thing from scratch in the new place when you want it?
