I am about halfway through the livestream Q&A/critique session that I linked at the start (It was cool to see Wayne talk about your showreel!). This is the perfect thing that I’d love to get my hands on more of.
While replying here, I used my noggin and just googled “animation critique” and found a number of videos. There seems to be lots on YT, infact there’s one person critiquing entries from 11 second club which looks worthwhile.
I’ll keep scrounging for more!
