Cannot get curve Stroke to work using Blender 2.8

Curve stroke works fine for me in 2.80. Keep in mind that you have to draw your curve first before anything will happen, which you accomplish by CTRL + Right Clicking curve control points and then hitting enter to perform the stroke:
