    It gets even wierder everyone. I attempted once again to open that file in blender 4.2.1 and no noise. here’s the result i got 

    so now i’m very stumped. I can’t seem to get it to do the pixelated thing anymore(which is good of course). Either way, I love Blender and I love CGCookie.com and it’s community! Thanks everyone for your time.
