What hotkey/mouse button is being pressed/dragged here to get that breakdown keyframe in? And on which paramater?

Hey, good question! I’ve never used that hotkey either, and it took me some time to find. It looks like he’s grabbing the jaw and doing either Ctrl E or Alt E:
