I think the kitchen is basically Wes, Kent, JL, Wayne and Paul. There’s much more people behind the scenes, like 20 people I think plus some guest chef’s every now and then, but your delicious cookies are basically prepared by that skeleton crew. Now I’m always out of the loop, so take it with a pinch of salt.
