I don’t really understand your question, but you can change the Scale in a Mapping Node, change the X, Y Aspect Ratio in the Output Tab, or change the Scaling in the Compositor…
It depends on what you want exactly, but it doesn’t sound like a ‘workflow’ thing to me…
