How is this a paid service if there’s 0 answers to the blend file not working since 2015?

It is because of the drivers are not activated by default in version 2.7 you have to manually grant permission for the drivers to get activated. then the controls will work, Look for the upper bar of blender and youll find a warning, click where it says “Reload Trusted” and it should work.
