        You have to set more keyframes.  Blender is just doing what you told it to do.

        Stepped (or constant) will hold the position w/o interpolation.  Bezier will interpolate from one position to the next.

        So make sure you also key the position before the next move.

        All this is in the ‘Workflow’ section on the course you are in now.  Maybe watch those parts again.
