    My guess would be that it has to do with your Z-Rotation:

    CTRL+A > Apply > Rotation. (Try to avoid Applying Rotation in general…)

    WARNING: You are using Object Coordinates (which is great!), this is one of the 0.01% of the cases where you should not Apply the Scale!
