Hi, since you didn’t give any more details, here is a scenario that could cause this behavior:
The multires modifier settings has three levels that apply to object/edit mode, sculpt mode and render. If your first level is eg, set to 0 and the sculpt level was higher than your described scenario occurs. In sculpt mode you see the details, but in object mode you don’t.
