Hey Matthew, by chance are you able to record a video of it happening (whole browser window) and email it over to me at wes@cgcookie.com?
One theory is that GoogleCaptcha v3 is for some reason catching your account during submission, but we really cannot find a reason for it.
If you haven’t already, are you able to try in a different web browser to see if the same behavior continues?
