thank you so much, all of that helped. I just needed to reinstall my 7-zip manager and everything worked fine. Do any of you have any advice for doing the retopology with an a retopo add-on? I tried using Quadremesher and I was able to get a pretty decent result. However, after I add the subsurf and the shrinkwrap the retopo looks like it isnt shaded smooth even though it is. Hope that makes sense. Many thanks again!
