Awesome update, @blanchsb! Your bust is looking more natural with the outside eye corners being brought in and the refinements you made to the neck front 👍
Your eye swap is also looking good to me.
One small thing to keep in mind is that your irises are pointed a bit down, which reflects the reference you used (circled blue). It gives him almost a pose like he’s “better than” whoever he’s looking at if that makes sense. I’d rotate the irises up to give him a more neutral neutral.
