Using a wine stopper to remove air

I’m not familiar with that wine stopper, so it’s a bit hard to answer that question. I’m assuming you’re trying to find a way to omit the gas blanket?

I would say try it ans see how it goes, to be honest. If the wine stopper essentially pumps out enough air to create a vacuum in the container of the resin you might be able to extend the material’s shelf life, but from where I’m sitting this is merely guesswork. From an experimental standpoint, however, I’d say it’s worth a shot.
