Why can’t I download FlexRig?

Hi!

I’m currently a free member of the site, and this asset is labeled as “free.” When I click on the download tab, I’m told “Heya! Login with your CG Cookie Citizen Account to download Resource files.”

I am logged in, it says so at the top of the screen? Do I need to be a paying member, or is this a mistake?
