I don’t have access to see your account details but it might be because of the account you have. (DL’s are only available for Citizen and Citizen Pro members)

The most probably cause would be if you have a free account or if your payment details have expired.

If that isn’t one of the causes, let me know and I will pass it onto the correct cookie to fix this for you.

I’m a citizen. An error pops up when I try and download it. I’ve downloaded the other exercises no problem, just the circular path one has the error.

I had problems downloading using Chrome, but is worked when I downloaded using Safari.

I have the same problem, how should i fix this? I mainly use chrome for everything, my mozilla won’t even load the page for some reasons

It’s definitely a browser problem. I use chrome as well, but I just used microsoft edge to download it. There’s a couple of links on the site that had this problem.
