        Select the corner vertices, press CRTL B for the bevel command, and press V for vertex bevel.

            Very neat but where was that explained in the course?  Would save people a lot of time knifing in new geometry!

              I was going back through, and I think the information was covered (slightly differently) in the bevel tool video around 5:00.
