@arev I suppose that some software (firewall, anti-virus-software?) is blocking the opening of pop-up windows from outside the browsers. If I click the download link, it opens a new tab which is closed again as soon as the grey pop-up window shown above in @spikeyxxx ‘s screenshot opens. Since no pop-up window appears on your computer, the newly opened tab isn’t closed and therefore continues loading a copy of the main page.
