I didn’t just save the file made in 2.83 and then opened it in 2.82, but set it up from the start (forgot to open the Object Transforms in the Graph Editor, but here also Scale and Location are switched between the two ‘Cells’).

I have no idea what is happening in your case. Please don’t tell me it’s the Camera Perspective 😉
