Sometimes I’m having this problem: I cannot observe the changes in the texture display while I’m doing 3D paint, or changes in Hemi Light, or a map’s influence settings, etc. I can only observe it in solid display. I’m watching the videos over and over again and I still couldn’t find out why. I’d really appreciate the help, thanks in advance!

Are you using GLSL viewport shading?

Yes, I’m switching to GLSL.

I can’t reproduce the error you describe..are you using an old computer that might have an incapable GPU or something?
