Everything worked fine till the curve modifier. After I select the path, the chain moves so that path starts with the 10th chain link. As a result, end of the path is alway longer than the chains and I can’t control the curve very well. What could be the problem?

Somehow it solved when I moved the path’s origin in object mode to the 3D cursor location.
