I have a question about the Dynamic typology. I dont have a the options for it as you do on yours. I am using v2.78. Also one leg did not sculpt out completely as yours did. Did i do something wrong?

Dynamic topology UI has changed since the Blender version used for this course.

You can fix the incomplete leg by using the Symmetrize tool.
