It is very nice to be able to change all that stuff by compositing, it’s ok if you are rendering a single image but, what if you are rendering an animation and you want to change, let’s say the HUE value of a specific object? Should you make the same change frame by frame? which I see intractable or there is some way to apply those kind of changes in the compositor?

If you want to apply the same effect to all the frames after they are rendered it is relatively easy. If you want to apply them before they are rendered it is even easier and the settings can be animated as well.
