Hi Kent, is it possible to paint every piece separately and then combine them in one group? guess it would be easier than combining all the pieces into one group then going through the UV hassle? this may sound very newbie but pls bear with me

You can certainly paint all pieces separately, having an individual texture for each piece. To me that’s a bigger organizational hassle than going through the UV combination. It’s up to you!
