      For some reason my grease cut doesn’t work at some angles. It works at some angles, but at others it just deletes the whole object. I can’t find any answers on why it’s doing this.

        Also, it works with all my other objects, but not this one. It was working before (even with this object) but I reopened Blender and now it’s not working.

          I don’t know a clear answer, but the same thing happens to me. I just keep going redrawing my stroke until it works. Usually one or two attempts later it will work. Since the Sculpt Tools UI is a free addon, we should expect some errors.
