        Absolutely! I believe that all softwares are generally the same it just comes down to the artist using it. Some enjoy the features in Paint Tool Sai, others enjoy the features in Corel Painter. Just keep testing as many as you can until one feels “right”.

          I don’t know…  I’m using Krita, and it is completely different from Photoshop.
