Not that I’m aware of. Some people have said ArmorPaint: https://armorpaint.org/ is an alternative but it’s still in early development . I did also find this which is much cheaper and web based: https://paintcube.co/ I’m not sure how good it is, but it’s $7 a month and you can use it from any device apparently.
