      I’ve went through the questions and tried out all the solutions by the users, but of no use, I’m surely missing something. The textures are not showing up either in Blender Render or Cycles, please help.

        Ok, finally got it. In Blender Render make sure that you go into Edit Mode -> Select Textured Display -> Select All the mesh -> Finally add the texture.

        In cycles just make sure your clicking and selecting the image texture node to display it 🙂
