What's the difference between F Brush, F Draw, and F TexDraw?

What’s the difference between F Brush, F Draw, and F TexDraw?

I’m not really sure. Except I *think* the TexDraw brush is intended to be the brush you use for stencils (brush textures) even though all brushes can use brush textures.
