Which version of blender is used in the tutorials?
My blender looks slightly different, for instance I don’t have a sampling tab under the render options. I have blender 2.75. In the previous course I also had some things missing or different.
On a Previous occasion some options were missing because of my graphics card.

How do I check if its a difference in the versions or a graphics card issue?

No ….. It turns out I’m an idiot. I was is the Blender render and not the cycles render…… my apologies.
