When I import a package the Scenes comes with it?? I mean with all the relationships that can have the scene, the canvas and other game objects?

If the package contains scenes it will. A package can be anything from a single texture file to an entire project with scenes, meshes, prefabs, etc. Think of a package as a zip file, whatever is included in that zip file is what you’ll get.
