my middle mouse button isn't working how do i navigate around without it

Blender has a great feature called 3 Button Emulation for users who do not have a middle mouse button at all, allowing the use of Blender with only a left/right mouse button.
At the bottom the About section, there is a link showing how to setup 3 Button Emulation.
