As far as I know there isn’t really any way. You really should invest in mouse. You can get a decent one on amazon for $15.

Actually there is a way. File – User Preferences – Input – Emulate 3 Button Mouse. Mess around and you should be able to figure it out.

Thank you! I ended up using the + and – key on the number pad to zoom in and out.

On a Mac Book Pro, pinch to zoom works
